The Middle East Federation of Medical Physics (MEFOMP) held its Annual Executive Council meeting in Doha, Qatar on 05 May 2019. Six of the Executive Council Members attended on site by Dr. Huda AlNaemi, President; Dr. Mohammad Hassan Kharita, Secretary General; Dr. Rabih Hammoud, Treasurer; Dr. Zaina Kattar, Chair of Profession-al Relations Committee; Dr. Anas Ababneh, Chair of Publications Committee; and Mr. Nabil Iqeilan, Chair of Website & Newsletter Committee .
This meeting is first of its kind MEFOMP meeting, as an online meeting platform was setup thru WebEx, enabling members who are not in Doha to join the meeting real-time. The following were online: Dr. Meshari AlNaimi, Vice-President; Dr. Adnan AlWatban, Chair of Science Com-mittee; Dr. Refaat Al Mazrou, Chair of Education and Training Committee; and Dr. Afkar Al Farsi, Chair of Awards and Honours Committee.
Overall, the meeting was successful having had the op-portunity to discuss issues and future plans for MEFOMP moving forward.
